2. How often are properties updated?
Our non-foreclosure and foreclosure properties are updated and added hourly. Our pre-foreclosure addresses are uploaded daily.

3. Why is there a subscription fee?
The subscription fee covers our labor cost for flagging foreclosures and short sales in the system, mining and uploading our pre-foreclosure addresses, web hosting fees, database maintenance, and technical support for you.

4. If there is a free trial, why do you need my creidt card information?
We are a business responsible for providing you with the best service as well as generating a profit. Your credit card information allows us to manage your free trial period. It also makes it convenient for you to continue the service without you having to remember to subscribe at the end of the trial.

5. What is done with my personal information?
We do not sell or provide your information to anyone. Your information is safe with us and is only used to improve our service to you. View our Privacy Policy.

6. How would I use the pre-foreclosure addresses that are provided?
Our pre-foreclosure addresses are provided to our Premium Members only. These are addresses of properties where the bank has recently initiated an intent to foreclose. With the address information, you can directly market yourself to the homeowner, offering them assistance with the foreclosure through purchasing the property or some other service.

7. What should I do if I want more information on a property or make an offer?
If you have a real estate agent whom you are currently working with, contact him or her with the address of the property and they will take care of the rest. If you do not have a real estate agent and still want more information, you may contact us and we can assist.

8. Does using this service obligate me to hire you as my real estate agent?
Absolutely not. You may use our service apart from any brokerage agreement, and using our service does not imply any agreement between you and our office.
